These terms govern use of Stradigi ("the platform") by authorized operators managing client marketing accounts.
Stradigi generates SEO content, manages keyword and citation strategy, schedules and publishes social content, and connects to third-party services (GoHighLevel, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, WordPress) on behalf of the business accounts you manage.
Articles, social posts, and other written content are generated using Anthropic's Claude API based on the business profile and keyword you provide. AI output is a draft, not a final product — you are responsible for reviewing it before it publishes anywhere, including for factual accuracy, invented claims, or credentials the AI may have inferred incorrectly.
Images on posts and articles may also be made by an AI image service, when that is switched on for a client. A generated image can show people, places or work that do not exist. Labelling generated images "AI-generated image" is a per-client setting that is off unless an administrator turns it on. Nothing is sent to a website or social account until an authorized operator approves it.
The platform does not and cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or any other marketing outcome. SEO and content marketing results depend on many factors outside the platform's control.
Connections to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, GoHighLevel, and WordPress are governed by those platforms' own terms in addition to these. If a connected platform revokes or changes API access, related features may stop working until reconnected.
Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe, our payment processor. The price is the one shown on the Stripe checkout page when you subscribe. You must accept these terms on that page before paying. Your card or bank details are entered on Stripe's page and are held by Stripe, not by us.
If you change plans, the new plan starts once its first payment goes through, and the old plan ends at that moment. If you leave the checkout without paying, nothing changes. Whether unused time on the old plan is credited: to be confirmed.
If a payment fails, your plan is marked past due and Stripe tries the payment again. Stripe's receipts and invoices are available from your account's billing page.
Taxes: sales tax is not added automatically today. How tax is handled is to be confirmed.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.
Refund terms are not set yet. They will be added here before any client is charged.
Either party may stop using the platform at any time. On termination, connected-account tokens are deleted on request — see the Data Deletion page.
The law that governs these terms is to be confirmed.
