Operated by Stradigi (full legal company name to be confirmed)
This version is a draft pending counsel review.
You can ask for your business's data to be deleted from Stradigi, or for a connected account's stored access to be removed, at any time.
Disconnecting deletes the platform's stored access to that account straight away. It does not change the account itself on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube or GoHighLevel, and it does not remove anything already posted there.
If you remove the app from Facebook's own Settings → Apps and Websites page instead, Facebook stops the platform's access either way, and when Facebook sends the platform its notice, the platform marks the connection revoked: the stored token no longer works and is removed with the client's records.
To have a business's full record (profile, generated content, keyword and citation history, and any connected-account access) permanently deleted, ask your Stradigi contact, with the business name. A contact email address for deletion requests will be listed here. A team member who works on your account can also file the request inside the platform, where it is recorded for an administrator.
What the deletion does not reach on its own: the full database copies the platform makes when it starts, when the database tools are available on the server (the newest 10 are kept, so a deleted business drops out of them as newer copies are made), month backups the Stradigi team saved to Google Drive, and anything already published on your website or social accounts. Ask for the Google Drive backups to be removed in the same request; published posts and articles are removed on the site they are on.
