Client budgets
An optional monthly AI budget for one client, in dollars of the shared key. Admins are alerted once when a client reaches 80% of it and once at 100%, each month. Leave the amount empty to remove a budget.
Hard stop
Off by default, and off means nothing is ever blocked. When it is on, a client whose month has reached its budget gets no new AI steps: the person sees why, and an inbound text gets the plain reply instead of an AI one. If the app cannot check the budget, the step goes ahead.
Re-sync with the Anthropic Console
- Sign in to the Anthropic Console with the account that owns this app's API key.
- Open the billing page of the Anthropic Console and find the remaining credit balance.
- Type that dollar amount below with the date and time you read it, tick the box and save.
Do this after you buy more credit, and about once a month: the estimate drifts from the real balance over time.
